Existing homes or “resales” can be just as stable and secure as a new home, depending on the craftsmanship of the builder.  One of the most important factors in Real Estate is location, location, location… so don’t let a resale jeopardize your thoughts of owning a great home.  You can use HomeZill’s innovative website to explore the entire MLS for your region, choose a home, and contact us to schedule a showing.  You can even make an offer online using our HomeZill Express Offer.  For doing your part of the process for us we will credit you up to 50% of our commission at settlement.  On the average $500,000 home, this equals a savings of $7,500 on the standard buyer’s agent commission!
