After you have compiled your list of New home(s) that you would like to view, it’s time to take a look in person.  Contact a HomeZill agent at 888-998-ZILL(9455) to schedule an appointment to tour the homes.  Make sure you print out and bring your HomeZill E-Card with you when registering for the first time at each community.  This ensures that you will receive up to a 66% commission credit with lender approval. Once you decide on which Existing home(s) you would like to see in person, contact your HomeZill agent to have them check showing availability and set up the appointments.  Your agent will let you know of any upcoming open houses.
