This is where you retrieve homes you have saved as favorites. This feature allows quick and easy comparisons to narrow down your search before making an offer.

Receive daily email alerts when new and existing properties come on the market based on your saved search criteria.

Saving Searches
Save and store your searches in order to utilize your time when house-hunting. Simply click the Save This Search button on the search page after entering your search criteria. When new homes come on the market, your saved search will pick them up. When active homes expire, get withdrawn or go under contract, your saved search will not show them anymore. You only need to enter your search criteria once before saving a search.

From your saved search, you can save a few favorites for quick viewing each time you login. If you want to speed it up even more, sign up for HomeZill Alerts to receive property updates by email.

Account Update
Update your contact information or profile in the Account Update section. This is vital especially around moving times so that important documents or disclosures do not get sent to the wrong place.
