For those who would like more assistance and a hands-off approach in marketing their home, the HomeZill Elite package gives the busier home-seller a more traditional, in-depth marketing campaign.
NOTE: We highly suggest you offer a 3% buyer agent compensation in order to bring in more potential buyers (many agents refuse to show their clients homes that offer less than a 3% buyer’s agent commission).
The Breakdown
By choosing HomeZill to sell your home, you are saving a great deal of money. On an average $500,000 home, you will net around $482,000 ($3,000 + 3%) using HomeZill as opposed to $470,000 (6%) going the traditional route. That’s $12,000 in savings! Using the traditional route, you will have to pay your Real Estate Agent 3% ($15,000) and the Buyer’s Agent 3% ($15,000), bringing the total to $30,000 just in commissions on a $500,000 home.
